Daily Tasks:

• The Landscape and Hardscape Construction Foreman will be responsible for leading 1-3 crew members, and equipment operation as well as ensuring that all assigned projects are well-maintained and well executed. The Landscape and Hardscape Construction Foreman is responsible for job setup, complete understanding and overall outcome of each project, material and equipment procurement and operation, and efficiency in daily operations. The Construction foreman is responsible for hosting meetings throughout the day with their crew members to ensure everyone has a full understanding of the job scope and expectations. At the end of each day, the construction foreman is responsible for facilitating what materials and equipment will be needed for the next day, and loading up their equipment and trucks for the following morning. The construction foreman must collaborate with other crews to ensure equipment is being allocated to each crew in the most efficient way.
