Facilities & Yard Technician
Description:

Yard Hand/Delivery Driver at Elements:
-
Manage inventory, organize supplies, and maintain a clean and safe yard environment.

Loading Trucks
-
Operate delivery vehicles to transport landscaping materials to clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and coordinate with management for any significant repair needs

Daily organization of the yard and shop

Maintaining Schedules and Hitting Deadlines

Small Engine Mechanic at Elements:
-
Conduct regular maintenance and repair of small engine equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and chain saws, etc.

Diagnose mechanical issues and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime.

Field repairs as necessary

Shop Hand/Assistant at Elements:
-
Assist in the organization and management of the shop.

Support other team members in equipment maintenance and preparation for landscaping projects.

Heavy Equipment Operator and Driver/Transporter at Elements:
-
Safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks, for various landscaping projects.

Transport heavy equipment to and from job sites, adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws.

Daily fluid checks, greasing and cleaning of all trucks and equipment left at the yard between projects.

Ensure all trucks and equipment are full on fuel and fluids
