It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The communication throughout the whole time was A+. They let me know when they would be starting, any delays due to weather, what I needed to do to prep and everything else needed to make it go smoothly. The amazing work they did in such a small amount of time is mind blowing to me. And the price was extremely competitive. I even mentioned how I was going to cut a small tree down in the near future, and they went ahead and did that free of charge. I will 100% use them every time.
Our experience with Elements Landscape Management was topnotch all the way around. First, trying to get a landscaping service to return you call is almost impossible, but Kyle (owner) promptly returned my call & showed up for the estimate within a couple days. He was extremely knowledge about his craft and provided an estimate within a day. He was flexible and really worked around our schedule to get the work accomplished. We had landscaping work and epoxy flake put on our concrete patio floor. Zac & crew came out and all we can say is WOW! They did an amazing job - prompt, polite & professional. I wish I had a before picture of our patio floor because it was a mess (multiple layers of paint & textured which was chipping everywhere). Both projects turned out great - beyond our expectation! You will not regret choosing Elements Landscape Management!!
Elements replaced the uneven sidewalk, missing curb, and eight badly installed steps at our home. Then they replaced three retaining walls - one was just old, two had been installed all wrong. Then they installed a strong railing on the new steps. Already we were getting compliments from neighbors! Next they covered the foundation with veneer, and the patio top with stone after realizing the deck board we had wanted would not work. Topped it all off with dozens of new plants. The borough code officer called to say how great it looked, and let us know that “wherever Elements has worked in town, the results are fantastic.” We agree!
